I'm a bit confused I thought Apple Music was launching at the same time on pc as on ios but my itunes still keeps saying it's up to date and there are no updates available to download I also noticed the website still states coming soon? Really been looking forward to apple music and was waiting at 4pm uk time read to download. Can anyone please help?

Same problem here. When I click on Try out at the website, it forwards me to iTunes. There, it says I have to upgrade it to version 12.2, but the latest version on the website is 12.1.2. What is going on?

It seems that they haven't released 12.2 yet, either for Windows or Mac (see the iTunes Mac discussion section for similar complaints).
Are you running 64-bit? That appears to be my problem. Only the 32 bit version of iTunes is supported for Music. And it won't let me force a 32-bit install, it keeps trying to outsmart itself and force the 64-bit install. This seems like a silly oversight on Apple's part.
Yes, Win7 64-bit. Same thing here: it allowed me to download the 32-bit version, but the installer refused to proceed when it detected I was on a 64-bit version.
Yep, they have only posted the 32 bit update. Still waiting on the 64 bit update. I cant get ios 8.4 to update either from the beta to the GM.
I have the 64 bit version and I click on the update button tells me I have to upgrade but I am already using that version

When i try to download at apple music's page it just downloads the 32-bits version and i can't force install! :/ maybe it hasn't been released het?
I'd been hoping that Apple would keep the streaming service separate from iTunes. Seems that hope was misplaced, and it remains to see whether it'll be possible to completely disable/ignore what to me is completely useless, pointless functionality. The Apple Music starts to intrude on the operation of iTunes that might just be the trigger to switch to MediaMonkey.
Having the same issue here... When are they going to release the 64B version? who still runs 32bit?
iTunes 12.2 only runs on 32bit windows, if you cant install it it's because your running on 64bit windows
What a crap. Is the 64 bit Version still coming or not ? What can we do with Windows 7 64 bit and no Option to install the 32 bit Version ?

Help > Check for Updates on my 32-bit system still reports that 12.1.2 is the current version. On the same system, http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ reports that 12.2 is "coming soon".
Issue upgrading to iOS 8.3 GA from 8.4 Beta. Read below.
Had same problem. It was stuck on requesting update, and did nothing for about 2-3 hours. Was having a tough time with the beta profile installed on iPhone and iPad removed it from both. And attempted update again and it worked like a champ.
Goto "Settings -> General -> Profiles"
Delete "iOS Beat Software Profile"
Reboot "Home & Power"
Attempt iOS update after device is done rebooting.
If you want to re-enroll into the beta program for iPhone or/and iPad. Navigate to "beta.apple.com/profile" this will reinstall the beta profile.
