I click on Safari icon; window opens with message "Safari can't find the Server. Safari can't open the page "safari" because Safari can't find the server "safari".
iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)
Quit the application. Force quit if necessary.
Relaunch it by holding down the shift key and clicking its icon in the Dock.
If the problem doesn't go away, reset the home page in the General tab of the the preferences window.
Thanks, I did that but also talked with Support as I was having additional issues. Not loving this Yosemite.
