Add audio to txt to the memo app

hi my name is John Sedlak and don't really know were to add this post to please help me out . In the iOS there is an app called memo . Many people use the app but some do not . I deal with a lot of courts that don't allow phones into the courts . Could you please add audio to txt feature into the memo app . If you support this idea please help me and put this post were the developers will see it . Not 3rd party app builders . It should be built right into the iOS just like thay did with the flashlight app it just comes built into the iOS .
