iPad2 Safari reloading page constantly

I realize,looking at the Forums,that this is happening for years now,and started to happen to me just recently,I have tried most of the "fixes" posted in different forums on the net,and still I am at a loss to get rid of this stupid problem.

Any new ideas?

I am running the latest iOS
