How do I download iTunes 12.2?

I didn't think to try this. I searched for Beats 1 and it came right up. I still would like iTunes 12.2 though.

There for me now. As I said, with most Apple hot updates, they're never really fully prepared and that's the way it is. I went off did a few things for a few hours and am now loading it. I survived the day without going ballistic. I just guess I've got more patience -- or more to do in my life --than most folks here.

12.2 online now in app store updates 😉

Go into the Apps Store on your Mac now. It should be there to download.

Germany -> iTunes 12.2 is now available. 🙂

After checking during the day... Eureka! iTunes 12.2 showed up in an App Store Update 🙂

I downloaded it from the App Store over an hour ago.

I get the exact same thing. This is incredibly frustrating! I don't see Apple Music anywhere from iTunes or the App Store. I go to https://www.apple.com/music/ and click 'Try Now' and tells me to upgrade to iTunes 12.2. I download the 217 MB update and realize it's for 12.1, which I already have installed. I go into my 12.1 iTunes and click "Check for Updates" and it tells me I have the latest version.

How is Apple not prepared for this? I was in the market for a paid music service, but the hype is ruined for me and this experience has been terrible so I might have to pay 99 cents for Spotify's 3 month membership instead.

It's not there if you go to www.apple.com/itunes/download.

However, if you go to the Australia Website (http://www.apple.com/au/itunes/download/), you'll get iTunes 12.2!!

Apple music, as it is now called his not worth the squeeze.

They feel they have to know what and when I listen not, to recommend songs and artist to me, etc

all for a nominal $9.99/ month!!

AND they have deleted the "Home Sharing" option completely!!!
