iPhone 5s Crashing

I am on an iPhone 5s running the latest version of iOS8, and my phone constantly crashes. It doesn't seem to matter if I am in an app or not, a few times a day the screen will turn blue and then the phone will shut down. Once the phone is off, it usually has a hard time turning itself back on and continues crashing. Thank you for your help!

Hello there, 19beboxe.

When your iOS device has issues with the display turning blue or the like, the following Knowledge Base offers some great troubleshooting steps to follow:

Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you see a solid color screen (black, white or blue)

  1. Plug in your device to a power source. If you see the low-battery screen when you plug in, let your device charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad) before using it.
  2. Reset your device while it's plugged in.
  3. If resetting doesn’t fix the issue, restore your device.
  4. If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
