Hmm, I can't tell from my online banking if there has been a charge. It may have been a holding charge which confirms that your account details are valid. Some CC companies seem to report these as actual charges even though the merchant cancels at their end. Double-check with the company and if you have really be charged contact iTunes Support for a refund.
