I have this iPhone 5C I found during a concert three weeks ago, I made sure it was on so that the owner could trace it however no one did. Now that so many time has elapsed I tried to reset it so I can use it however I need the activation lock which is an icloud account so I can reset it. Is there any way I can do this without icloud account or should I just toss the phone away? Please avise.

From what I gather, you found an iPhone 5c that has Find My iPhone Activation Lock enabled on it and you’re wondering what to do with the device. If you haven’t already, try contacting your local law enforcement agency to report it as suggested here:
