iMessage from iPad not delivered to iPhone

My problem is that it's only one friend's iPhone not getting my texts. They go to everyone else's iPhones. I used a different text app and she got my text just fine so her number is correct in contacts. I'm not getting her iMessage texts either. We were fine until 3 months ago. What could have happened? 😕
