Export and playback with some control

We are starting a project where we would like to mix music and voice on different tracks. I am the software / computer person (not the music guy). The music person has a degree in music and uses various keyboards to mix music and record.

We would then like to provide the output of our music in a format so that others can play the music back with very limit, but with some control. We would like the end user to be able to control the following playback features:

1. change the Key

2. Play only piano melody track only

3. Change the playback speed

4. Play the voice track (or not)

5. Play all tracks

It seems to me that Logic Pro can do the hard part of making all the music with the tracks. Can it though export out music so that some other much less expensive software (or hardware / software solution) could play back with the following five features described above?

Are we looking for something that is already out there, great!, what is that solution.

OR ... do we need to develop a software solution that would provide the limited feature set we want.

We are hoping to do this for a teaching tool for various types of singing groups for the training / practice stand and then use in the performance stage as well.
