How do I download all music from the cloud into ITunes versus song by song?

A lot of my music is simply showing to be in the Cloud so when I sync to my iPod or Phone it has to download each time. I want to download all from cloud to iTunes so it is all physically on my MacPro. Is there a simply way to do this for all that is in Cloud versus the tedious song by song download?
