i noticed that my ipad air 2's screen was not responding well when charging. I had my ipad in for service, and even got a brand new ipad. But the problem is still there. As soon as i start charging while using the ipad, the screens is not responding. Any ideas what causes this?

From your post I understand that your iPad becomes unresponsive while it is being charged. Since this is the second iPad you have with this issue, I can definitely see the frustration with the issue. I would like you however to go through the troubleshooting in the article linked to below.
