Backups showing 11GB but I deleted all the backups

I can't seem to clear the amount of space that "Backups" is using on iCloud, I've deleted all the backups, and gone through all the other sections to clear up space, but nothing is using 11GB, yet usage still shows that I have about 11GB of storage used by "Backup".

Any idea how to fix this? or where to find this "Backup" usage?
