Does anyone know what Apple charges to retreive data in a damaged Macbook?

My MacBook Air was probably fried in a thunderstorm. Does anybody know approximately how much Apple charges to retrieve data (if possible)? My MacBook Air is from 2011 and not a high GB (can't check b/c it's not working). With Apple Case we went through all the diagnostics, including a check of the hard drive which was found to be undamaged but nothing worked even up to and including downloading a new OS. HELP

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
