How to reinstall Preview application ?

It's best to describe the problem in as much relevant detail as possible, rather than what you think is causing it or how you think it should be solved.
Is the Preview app missing from Applications, or the Dock, or both?
Why do you want to reinstall it? There is no practicable way to do that anyway, other than to reinstall OS X. If Preview became corrupted or was inadvertently deleted by something that modified OS X itself, reinstalling OS X will not be a permanent solution to that problem.
