Beats Music library is gone after transition to Apple Music.

My Beats Music library is gone after my transition to Apple Music. The "For You" section as well as the artists I "follow" are obviously tailored from the music I listened to on Beats. What gives? Can I get my Beats library over somehow? Why did it keep some information but fail to move over my Library and Playlists? My music purchased from iTunes is in there.
