Apple music - Getting the ‘iCloud Music Library can’t be enabled’ error.

I just updated to iOS 8.4 and Apple Music and are now getting an error stating “iCloud Music Library can’t be enabled”.

I got an individual plan for apple music.

Am I alone with that?!
