When windows 10 is out are mac users going to get new driver update ?

Like i said when Windows 10 is out are we going to get new driver update and also is there way to download drivers from windows because currently i removed my mac os from my hardware. When i need to redownload it, i dont want to install mac os and download again is there is any link can i have ?
