iTunes Radio

I Just updated to iOS 8.4 and now all the iTunes radio stations are missing and I can't seem to find how to even make news ones and start over. Did some "genius" remove this most basic of feature for some reason. I will be very disappointed if that is the case and it will shine as a bright beacon that things at apple HQ are really going downhill without Steve at the helm
