After editing photos in LR and PSE do i need to restart my mac to clear all that prosessing?
I get error messages in PSE when stitching photos that I don't have enough ram, I have 20 and it should be enough.

20GB sounds like it should be enough but you should open Activity Monitor and keep it visible while you work on your photos. Pay attention to the Memory Pressure graph. Use Activity Monitor on your Mac - Apple Support
I have no idea how to do this nor do I know what it would be telling me!😉 I will go read the link you sent to see if I can figure it out. Thanks
