Where is the new Music features? Radio? Beat 1?

Hi,

I'm from Israel and updated to ios 8.4

I don't see any of the screens I found in other threads in this forum.

I see that the Music app has a new icon and new design, but I don't see the upper toggle button "Library/Playlists".

I don't see any radio/ Beat 1/Connect any new features regarding the apple music.

At the bottom I just see 2 options: "My Music" or "Playlist".

Under settings --> Music --> I don't see an option to disable/enable the new music application as I've seen screen captures in this forum.

I just have: Sort albums, Genius, EQ, Volume Limit and Sound check.

Does anyone else haven't see any of the new apple music / beat 1 features?

Maybe it's because Apple didn't allow it yet in Israel? (Although it is in the list of supported Music app countries)
