worm alarm / worms in general

I have an iPhone 5s and an alarm just went off titled "Worm". I don't know what to do! It's been going off for 5 minutes, and I don't know if I can cancel it or snooze without setting the worm free. Has this happened to anyone else? It isn't an alarm that I have set - I only have one alarm that goes off at 7:30am. My second question is what is the official way to de-worm my phone, or to make sure I don't have one?
