why won't it let me update my iOS devices its been a hour now and its still not downloading
please help

i thought this solved it but didn't I'm using a public beta and i want to use the stable version now but its not letting me download it
Hi Macintosh4579, I have the same problem than you. I'm using the beta public and I can not download the stable version of iOS 8.4
Have you resolved your problem ? Have you finally downloaded the stable version ?

yes i have i had to recover my iPhone i recommend you do the same upload all your photos on your mac or windows computer and back up your iPhone to iTunes then recover your iPhone put it back to factory settings thats what i did
A better solution read from another post : just delete the profil of iOS Beta Public. Go to Settings -> General -> Profil -> delete the profil of iOS Beta Public.
Reboot the device and download the update again.
ive just tried to update to ios 8.4 and messed up my dads phone now tells me to connect with iTunes which im doing and it still wont turn on or anything anyone helpppp
