How can I give family members access to all of my photos on iCloud?
They all have Apple devices.
You can share photos or entire albums from your library via Photo Stream with anyone who has an Apple ID, if you wanted to know if your family members can access your entire your photo library, then that is not possible, as only one Apple ID per person is allowed.
