JavaScript error

What is HDD? I got a JavaScript error stating that I did not have enough access rights to open a .dmg app. This is the message.

"JavaScript Alert

Not enough access rights to perform this operation. Make sure you run the launcher from the HDD instead of mounted .dmg."

I do not understand what a HDD is? Can someone clue me in on this.... I've been around Macs for years and haven't seen this one.

Just bought the MacPro 27in with retina display. Trying to download War Thunder from the internet.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Hard Disk Drive

Right click on the dmg and select Get Info.

What is listed under Sharing and Permissions?

You should have read and write access. Change if necessary. To change click on the padlock in lower right and enter your admin password and then change the access.

I don't get it? Where is the access? I only got read only and read & write.
