How can I downgrade from ios 8.3 to ios 7.1.2 or 8.2 with iPhone5? I got many problem with ios 8.3 as bellow:
-Low service
-The Internet is slow when I use via Sim Card
-The buttery cannot stand by for long as I used ios 7.1.2

You cannot downgrade to any previous version. You may want to consider upgrading since iOS 8.4 was just released today.

Why? Simple...because Apple does not allow downgrading of iOS. Because of this, your only other option is to upgrade to iOS 8.4 to see if it resolves your issues.
