Q: Cant get my music on my new ipad

I see that you want to use Apple Music on your new iPad air 2. First, I would suggest turning off iTunes Match, since you have identified that you do not use this service:

Next, use your Apple Music account to add music from your library to your iCloud Music Library using the information in this article:
