Can't setup Apple Tv

Hi All,

I'm having a huge problem with my new apple TV regarding setting it up at home,

P.S. i've done the setup with ethernet cable directly to apple tv and also wireless

I turn on apple TV and it stay on the page "setting date and time" for hours

so i click on the menu button and and and select "COMPUTERS"

it then asks me for my apple id and password

as i insert my password it says the following:

"UNABLE TO SIGN IN, THE APPLE ID YOU ENTERED COULDN'T BE FOUND OR YOUR PASSWORD WAS INCORRECT PLEASE TRY AGAIN"

I've inserted in so many times i can't feel my fingers

so i looked at the guide, and i says to activate "HOME SHARING" from iTunes

i activate it from iTunes, inserting my apple id and password

i then do the same on apple TV and i keeps on saying that my apple id or password in incorrect

please guys i don't know what to do...
