Been having a problem with my iPhone 5s the battery is draining quickly and becoming hot now it won't charge at all I have contacted Apple but before the phone compley shut down anyone know what's going on

Reset the phone: press both the home and lock buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears.
