If I block a contact can they receive messages from me?
I want to block a contact from sending me text messages but I want to make sure that they can not receive messages from me either. Is this possible?

No. If you block them, you will not get calls or messages from them. You can still send to them. The best way to ensure they can't get anything from you is don't send them anything.
