My IPad uses 10.1 GB why
MY IPad is using 10.1 GB how can I reduce that.

Delete some apps / photos
Also update software to 8.4

I Guess I wasn't clear. The 10.1 GB is being used in my MAIL area, Will removing Apps recover space in Mail?

You may have a bug restore back to factory settings.
After restore use Appleid to get your apps /data back .
