It says my device is associated with an Apple ID, so it won't let me download media from the cloud! PLEASE HELP!!!

When you associate your Apple ID with a device, there's a 90 wait period before your Apple ID can be associated with another device.
After you associate a device with your Apple ID, you can't associate that device with another Apple ID for 90 days.
