a friend's email goes into junk mail on all my computers and devices

A friend's emails started going directly into my JUNK mail folder. There is nothing on the top that lets me indicate it is NOT JUNK. How can I correct this? this happens on all my devices.

Hi amlphoto,

iCloud allows you to manage junk email, and it also has a method for making certain that some messages do not get marked as junk. This artcle describes how to do it -

iCloud: Manage junk mail

Specifically -

Indicate that an email message isn’t junk

  1. Click the Junk folder in the sidebar.

  2. Select a message, then click the Not Junk button in the top right of the message window.

The message is moved to your Inbox. Subsequent email messages from the same sender are no longer automatically marked as junk.

To keep your junk mail filtering consistent between your iOS devices and your Macs, use the steps in this article -
