IPad Mini 2 is recognized by Itunes but wont start up

I have a IPad Mini2 124GB it stop responding and wont turn on, i have plugged the Ipad to my Mac Air itunes sees it and advices to restore but when it comes to the IPad to boot up i get an error on the Mac Air stating it wont be possible to continue. This happens only when its waiting on the IPad to startup.

Any Suggestions on what to do???
