Can not sync my iPhone 6 to my PC. iTunes does not show or find my device. Have uninstalled and the reinstalled iTunes. And still does not find my iPhone 6 to sync. Suggestions?

ITunes does not show my device, iPhone 6, when trying to sync phone with PC. Have uninstalled & reinstalled iTunes & still can not sync. AMDS appears on PC but may not be working properly. Any suggestions?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.1
