iTunes 12.2 MiniPlayer View Broken (OS X 10.10.4)

I've just discovered the same issue and I'm still on 10.9.5. Some other graphical glitches too - switching from music to podcasts - album artwork is still visible behind the 'refresh' and 'defaults' buttons in bottom left.

Edit: interesting... mini player seems to work properly (for me) with music, but not podcasts... The 'big' mini player has the playback controls but still loses info at the top. There's also some dead space at the bottom of the player. I'm guessing the whole UI has been pushed up for some reason?...

It's working ok for me in 10.10.4 in both the small view and the album art view.

Might be worth reinstalling it.

Tried reinstalling but no luck. It's not the end of the world just annoying.

Working for me to.

Need to hoover the mouse over the image to make the controls appear.

Image refresh works but it's a little sluggish. Takes a few moments to work.

Airplay not working when tuned into radio though.

I wonder if it's a bug or a feature, I made separate post for that one.

Yes indeed, that looks like a problem which I luckily don't have.

May be, prior to re-installing the app it's worth trying a permission repair.

Same thing in Windows 7 64-bit.

Same issue for me. Works fine with music; cuts off all podcasts. I'm on 10.10.4 on a MacBook Pro, as well as the new iTunes 12.2.

I've already had more than my share of iTunes/iCloud problems deleting my music, so match/iCloud is off for me.

Same system software and iTunes version on a 2015 MacBook Air.

The same behavior with iTunes 12.2 is present in my Windows 7, SP1 64-bit laptop (Intel HD Graphics 1366x768) on Podcasts (not Music albums), It appears that the image is offset about 1/4" up from the bottom of the window. The behavior is not present on my Windows 7, SP1 64-bit desktop (AMD Catalyst graphics 1920x1080).

I've reported it to Apple. It happens for me in OS X 10.10.4 when previewing music in the iTunes store, but is fine when listening to music from my library.
