I recently purchased the fourth season of Game of Thrones. I went to the hbo digital hd website and asked it to download to my iTunes. I checked my iTunes and cannot find it. Did I do something wrong? Where can I find it?
I also had this problem today, only on http://www.hbodigitalhd.com/#redeem where it says:
1. Click below to launch iTunes.
2. Sign up for an account or log in.
3. Download and enjoy your digital copy.
The "Launch iTunes" link it provides only takes me to: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
This page does not provide me an opportunity to login to iTunes, but rather only asks me to re-download the iTunes client.
I eventually did this, but it did nothing for helping my download make itself available to me.
I put a support ticket into the HBO site, but I'm uncertain which end (HBO or iTunes) the problem is actually occurring at.
Has anyone been able to resolve this?
We found the solution!
Once you have completed the HBO redemption, Open itunes, and ensure that you are fully logged-in to your iTunes account through your iTunes client.
(Under the Store menu, you will find a "Login" option and a "View Account: <account user ID>" which will assist in confirming your login status.
Once you are logged in, visit the itunes store, and select the "Redeem" option in the right hand menus. Upon re-entering your HBO code in the redeem box, you should be provided with a confirmation of your iTunes download!
