Problem to receive incoming calls Facetime on 10.10.4
After up-grading to OS X 10.10.4 my facetime won't receive incomming calls.
I have no problems in ringing out.
What to do?

Are you running any kind of third-party "anti-virus," "security," or "firewall" software? If so, get rid of it according to the developer's instructions. Back up all data before making any changes.
uunfortunately this is not the case.
i was yesterday chatting with support and we vent around deletexting the cloud, on all my devices and hereafter reinstalling.
this didn't help. However we tried to install a guest user on the iMac, and under this user it could function.
We established the following facts, out-going calls on FaceTime and regular iPhone works, but incomming call didn't work And this goes both for my iMac and Mac book pro. Everything works on my iOS devices.
i Did also try to reset the keychain and to make a combo installation.
the most annoying is, it worked so well just before up-grading and it is difficult to find what is causing this.
So what did Apple tell you? That you could never use FaceTime again?
my case is being upgraded to a senior advisor - so I am waiting!
I've got the same problem - I can see the FaceTime call on my iPhone but not on my macbook. v annoying - come on Apple.
Today I had a phone call to apple support, and by entering properties, then ticking of using the iPhone and afterwards re ticking this option I got full functionality back, both on FaceTime and on making and recieve normal cellular calls.🙂
SO everything back to normal again.
