apple tv screen saver iCloud issue

I have the most current Apple TV.

Here is my issue. I have the screen saver set up to use a folder from my iCloud photos.

In the screen saver tab in settings it shows the correct file name for what photos to use.

THEN...after the designated 5 minutes, it will start with my photo gallery. I see some of my photos come up, then upon first "change" of pictures, the screen goes black (like its glitching) and then starts to do photos again, but now it is using Apples generic national geographic one.

WHAT THE WHAT!?

I've reset. I've logged out of iCloud. The apple tv software is up to date.

Any help? Any suggestions?
