Not seeing Apple Music

I beta tested iOS 8.4 for a while. This afternoon when it became available I saw the upgrade, which included Apple Music (it was not available during the beta). My iPhone 6+ crashed on the update for 5 hours! When I got home from work I tried connecting it to iTunes (after upgrading that), and it told me I have the current version (interestingly enough, it looks like Apple Music is in iTunes, even though I haven't signed up for it yet.

I tried a restore on my iPhone, which just completed, but Apple Music is still not there.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
