IMESSAGE AND ICLOUD ERRORS?

Recently been having imessage crashes and also I've been trying to log into my icloud but there is a server error. For ICLOUD I get an "Authentication Failed" " A server error occurred." For IMESSAGE ACTIVATION " Could not sign Please check you network connection. Mind you I'm connected to wifi full bars. cellular connection is good. powered off and on 5x, off and on for IMESSAGE slide bar many times. nothing.
