Getting iTunes 12.2

If you're having trouble downloading iTunes 12.2, please note that up on itunes 12.1.2 page has sign out button, click there and you'll see iTunes 12.2 available to download.

iTunes Match it's not ready to work with Apple Music, so, that's why it won't available.

But this way you will be able to download.
