iCloud backups, storage full

Hey there,

So I have an iphone4, and I am trying to figure out why I can't get my icloud to work right and back up photos that I have taken in the inbetween until I can get them on my computer. I have deleted mostly all photos and videos, but at the different locations on my phone, it still says I have 3 gigs in my "photo library" but as far as I can tell I only have 50 pictures in my Camera Roll and that is it. Can someone explain where all these pictures and videos are?

When I go to Settings>General>About it says I have 34 videos and 313 photos.

When I go to Settings>iCloud>Storage>Manage Storage>My iPhone it says my "Photo Library" is 3 GB

When I go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage- Manage Storage it says Photos & Camera take up 3.1GB

But, when I open Photos, I have 50 photos in camera roll, and 1 Panorama, and that's it.

Where is all of that data coming from that is filling up my phone? Any ideas?

iPhone 4 (8GB), iOS 8.1.3
