can't update my iphone 6 to ios 8.4 with my windows pc, it keeps saying there was a problem updating ur iphone, network was reset. pls help guys. i have done every update on my pc and i have the latest version of itunes so why is this happening?

Why don't you update it from the device itself -
On your iphone - Settings > General > Software Update
Like Navman says, update directly to the device.
I've tried updating to iOS 8.4 but my iPhone is stuck saying "Update Requested..." and has done nothing since 3pm today EST. I've even tried updating my Mac Air to the newest OS and it also will not update nor allow me to update iTunes. I don't understand what is happening. It's very frustrating.
Same thing inexperience , it can't check for update even when I connect with wifi ! So really confused eyyy!

When we already updated using itunes, itunes was upgraded, now the sign from phone is only to ask to connect to itunes. When we connect, there are only two choices, upgrade or restore. Both can't be used, iphone is not detected. In this situation, we can't use phone anymore so that we can't upgrade using phone. Any expert on this?
