PLEASE HELP ME! my iphone 5c cant restore, it tells me " the iphone cant be restored because the firmware file was corrupt disconnect and reconnect then try again" i have tried 3 times with same result

okay so my iphone wont turn on, its stuck in recover mode, i tried to update my iphone then it told me that it could not update because the iphone was not found. i thought that was pretty strange so i tried to restore it instead and after trying that it told me that the firmware file is corrupt.. i don't know what to do anymore and i just want to be able to use my phone again

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.3

i have been sitting here for at least 4 hours trying to fix it but i just don't know what to do anymore 😟 and im guessing people cant help me because no one is saying anything 😢

Hey Lil Yorkie I can help you!

I just updated to an iPhone 6S and got the message, I was stressed out all morning!

I searched all these forums and couldn't find anything, I called apple support and they basically said your SOL

So I searched some more and found this

It cost 30 bucks US (I'm in Canada , so it cost me a bit more 😟 ), so I not only had to pay $1300 + for my phone but I had to pay another $30 US for this.. oh well at least I got everything back.

Get your act together Apple, why aren't you offering this service?
