Is anyone from Apple watching this forum?

Posted this in the Apple Music for Mac board, might as well post it here...

Title says it all. This is day zero of a big new service rollout and I haven't seen a single word from any Apple representative. Are the inmates expected to run the asylum, or can we get some official answers to our questions?

No, Apple does not participate here and you won't find a word from any Apple rep. These forums are for and by users just like you. Over the years, I have found that the combined knowledge of some of our knowledgeable posters pretty much equals or surpasses Apple tech support. If you want answers from Apple, you will need to contact them and/or visit your nearest Genius Bar.
