Wrong bundle Ids in iTunesconnect account

I use to develop apps for multiple client. Recently I added two Apple ID in my xCode. Now all the bundle ids of first account is showing in iTunesConnect of second account. I am even not able to add new app in second account as its not showing its bundle ids. I have created a app id in developer portal (say XYZ) and waited for around 2 days. Now this XYZ is not show in iTunesConnect when I am trying to add new app there, its showing all bundle ids of first account.

How to remove all app or first account from second and it seems to be a security issue because all apps of first one is showing in second one.

Need help in urgent.
