My Dad is deceased and I have somehow locked his iCloud and iTunes account can't receive mail I need to fix so I can respond to emails etc... please help who can I talk to to remedy this situation?

My father is deceased and I have some how locked his iCloud iTunes mail etc... I can no longer have access to his email account to even try to change passwords etc... please help I need to have access to answer emails etc...

Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. If you have any problems with that try this form: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html . As you are dealing with a deceased person's account rather than having forgotten the password on your own account you may need to provide proof that you have the authority to access the account.
