How do I change the default document editor

I use a program called Libre Office to write all my word documents and I like it very much. Now when I open my documents that I started with Libre Office, it opens it up in Pages (5.5.3). I can left click the document and seclect open in Libre Office but I would like it to open up in Libre Office by default. It says that Pages is the default option. Does anyone know how to change the default.
