unauthorized charges

I have recent purchases on my bill that I did not authorize. I have contact support by email. How long until my funds are reimbursed? Is there a phone number to speak with support also?

iTunes Support should reply within 48 hours for whether they will refund you (you checked your account's purchase history to see what they were for : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support , and changed your account's password ?), after that it will depend partly upon what the purchase method was, if an account's balance then it might be 2 or 3 days, if a credit card it might take a week or so.
